MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2020 AT 6:00 PM
In this time of COVID-19, many of us have experienced a loss of control, a great sense of vulnerability for ourselves and others, and a whirlwind of challenging emotions, including fear, guilt, and grief. How can we better handle these feelings?  Join us on Monday, August 17, as Pam Hausner, mindfulness meditation teacher and owner of Big Vision Design LLC, shares about the practice of mindfulness meditation and its benefits. Pam will share about mindfulness and then take us through a guided mindfulness meditation.  The last ten minutes of the hour will be a Q&A session with Pam.

More about Pam Hausner:

Pam Hausner started exploring mindfulness in the mid-2000’s when several areas of her life began to shift. Mindfulness meditation gave her an important sense of honest grounding. Today, she can't imagine life without the practice. Pam is currently enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She partners with and teaches for the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness as well as other individuals and groups. Pam brings mindfulness to her professional work both as a political advocate and owner of Big Vision Design, a marketing agency that serves businesses and nonprofits who are committed to making a positive impact in the world.
